Terms of Service

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are:

• Fake or misleading
• Used for fraudulent or abusive purposes

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Engage in scams, spam, or solicitation
• Upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform

You retain ownership of content you post.

However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating the Platform.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

MatingHub does not:

• Conduct background checks on users
• Verify user identities (unless explicitly stated)
• Guarantee the accuracy of user profiles

You are solely responsible for:

• Your interactions with other users
• Any offline meetings

We provide tools to report users or content. We may take action including:

• Content removal
• Warnings
• Account suspension
• Permanent bans

We reserve the right to act at our sole discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• At any time
• For any reason
• Without prior notice

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatingHub is not liable for:

• User conduct or interactions
• Emotional, physical, or financial harm
• Offline incidents between users
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatingHub from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with other users

All Platform content (excluding user content) is owned by MatingHub. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
